JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrate effective selling skills in a friendly, efficient, and productive manner.
• Meet individual product sales goals for the week.
• Reliable and professional
• Circulate the sales floor and interact with customers.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, and maintain excellent customer service skills.

• Desire to work a retail-based schedule. We are open on weekends and holidays but we give time off during the week. We have a great schedule for retail and we are not open late in the evenings.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Sales experience in the furniture, appliances, or similar retail environment
• Proven ability to meet customer needs through the sales and service experience
• High school degree/GED
• College experience or college degree preferred
• Requires evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
